Shipping Policy

We deliver throughout Ukraine via Nova Poshta from Monday to Friday. If the item is in stock, shipping takes 3–4 business days. If the model is not in stock, we will lovingly sew it for you within a few days and ship it immediately.

The cost of delivery is determined by Nova Poshta's rates. Orders will be stored at the post office for 7 days, but we are sure that your long-awaited dress will find you much faster.

We ship international orders via Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta. Delivery usually takes 14–22 days, but during martial law, the time may vary. We are always available to help you track your package.

If you are currently abroad, it is better to start your seasonal shopping a little earlier to receive your desired dresses on time.
